Since 1984, the Rotary Club of Chilliwack has held our annual book sale to raise funds for community and international projects. In 2020, we added a one-day outdoor book sale in the summer, to supplement the week-long book sale in the fall.
We rely on the community of Chilliwack for their donations of reading materials. Throughout the year, a dedicated team of Rotarians, friends and community members sort the donated books. We are very thankful for the generosity of the Chilliwack community.
Our sale is cash, debit or credit only. We are unable to accept cheques or electronic transfers. American cash is accepted at par.
Proceeds from our book sale help to fund many of our local Rotary projects.

Donations
The success of our book sale is fully dependent on donations from the community.
Donations are accepted at the Rotary Service Building located at 44880 Wolfe Road. Look for the bright orange book drop boxes outside our building, which are open year-round, 24 hours a day.
We gladly accept gently used books, DVDs, vinyl, comic books and jigsaw puzzles (all languages).
If you have a large donation, our book sorting volunteers are onsite Tuesdays 9:00-11:30, Thursdays 11:00-2:00 and Sundays 9:00-12:00 and they can assist you with unloading.
We are unable to pick up donations and we do not accept encyclopedias, magazines, National Geographic, Readers Digest, text books more than 10 years old, cassette tapes or VHS tapes.
